Suction: Always begin with Level 1.
Heat: Use the lowest temperature setting.
Duration: Limit initial sessions to 5 minutes per area.
Use Oil to Reduce Friction
Apply a light layer of massage oil or lotion to the area before use.
Avoid Sensitive Areas
- Do not use the device directly on joints, thin skin, or areas prone to irritation.
- Focus on larger muscle groups like the back, shoulders, or thighs.
Gradual Progression
Increase suction, heat, and duration gradually as your body adapts.
Use Beginner Mode
To enable beginner-friendly settings, turn on the device and toggle the power button to switch modes. The first mode, shown as a single dash on the LED, provides continuous suction. The beginner mode, shown as two dashes, alternates: 30 seconds of suction followed by 2-second pump cycles.
